RETURNS POLICY AND INSTRUCTIONS.
We understand that buying goods online, especially clothing can be risky and expectations are sometimes not met. We hope you are delighted with your purchase but if you are not, no problem items may be returned to us for a refund, exchange or store credit within sixty days of delivery. Return subject to the item(s) being returned to us for processing and are usually processed on the same day they are received.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (excluding faulty items).
- Goods must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached (where appropriate).
- Items must be unwashed. Goods received in an unsaleable condition i.e. showing any signs of wear whatsoever, covered in pet hair or with a distinct smell will be rejected and returned.
- The refund amount will be via the original payment method and for the cost of the goods only.
- Exchanges can only be held for fourteen days.
REFUND/STORE CREDIT INSTRUCTIONS.
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you require a refund or store credit.
- Please note that return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
- Please pack your item(s) and Return Request form and post to our address noted below.
Please contact us to advise that you require an exchange of items at email@example.com and what style and size your require, we will confirm availability, remove it from sale and hold it for you.
We will hold your exchange item for 14 days only within Australian. If you are located outside of Australia, please re-purchase and send your original item back for a refund.
- Post your item(s) to our postage address noted below along with:
- Your completed Return Request Form.
- Pre-paid postage so we can send the exchange back to you promptly. Alternatively, we can charge your credit card or send a PayPal invoice for the return postage cost via Sendle door to door couriers, which are more convenient and cheaper than Australia Post. Please contact us for a quote for shipping.

Illawarra residents are welcome to drop off returns at our office in West Wollongong, Monday to Friday between 10 am and 4.30pm. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make an appointment.
Please contact us if you have received a faulty or damaged item and we will rectify the situation as soon as possible.
